1. Oh gee, what a surprise.....Stern delaying the truth in yet another court case! I never saw this coming! Oh wait, didn't his big mouth lawyers say if they take it to the Bahama's he would comply? Liars again. That poor baby.

2. This makes me angry enough to spit! Shows for sure he is NOT the baby's father. Why is he so afraid for people to know? Even if he were the father, he is not fit to be a parent. I hope if Larry doesn't get the baby, Virgie does. I don't think anyone is in it for the money except for Howard. The money from the Marshall estate may never come through. There's no guarantee.

3. The lawyers did say that Howard would comply and go by the court's decision in the Bahamas.....well, guess again. How many times has Howard changed his tune??? He is one bad apple.

4. Remember what his lawyers said...bring it to the Bahamas...HSK will cooperate, what a bunch of BS!
HSK was relying on the Bahamian courts to hide the fact he is not the "bio" dad....if he thought everyone was against him before, well wake-up Howie, we all hate you now!

6. This proves once and for all that HKS knows he's not the father, otherwise he'd be just as curious to find out the truth. If I were the judge I'd say okay, I'll grant the appeal but you lose custody until the matter is resolved. Bet he'd change his mind in a hurry.

8. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM HERE IS WITH THE LEGAL SYSTEM. THIS PROBLEM WOULD HAVE BEEN OVER IF 'ONLY' THE COURT ORDER CREEPY STERN TO TAKE THE DNA TESTM THAT IS IT!! IT WILL PROVE FOR SURE HE IS NOT THE REAL FATHER!

THEN THE TEST FOR LARRY AND IF LARRY WAS THE FATHER, PROBLEM SOLVED, CASE CLOSED!!!

STERN IS HOLDING HOSTAGE ANOTHER MAN'S BABY, THAT IS NOT RIGHT!! POOR LITTLE DANIELYNN SHE IS THE ONLY VICTIM HERE AND NO JUDGES SEEM TO CARE..

9. Why should I be surprised at this???!!!! Howie has shown me now, for sure... that he has not one decent bone in his body. I can only hope that the appeal is denied, once and for all.

Howard knows that practically the entire world does not believe for one second that he is that baby's father... What is his game by continuing on this charade? It's not love for that baby... I don't think a sociopath can actually truly love ANYone.

It's constant delays where Howard and his cast of stellar characters called his attorneys are concerned... and of course we know there is a method to that madness... but it's getting old... and it's just so obvious now... after all these weeks, not one of his attorneys can SAY yes, Howard is the BIOLOGICAL father of this child... they stop short of that every time. Recently, Ron Rale was asked some questions by one of the anchors and he claimed that Howard was willing to cooperate with whatever the court orders him to do... if a court orders the DNA he will cooperate... so is this appeal some sort of cooperation??

This man is one Class "A" loser... albeit one that will become very wealthy... well, wealthier than he is right now... Right now he only has the $3 million from Entertainment Tonight (ET) for a contract for all the rights and video of Anna's funeral, right down to video of her casket being lowered into the ground. He must be really pleased with, and proud of, himself... *sigh* When will lady justice be served?

11. Court can deny his appeal. Of course, then he'll try to appeal again at another court level. However, eventually he has to run out of "wiggle room". Maybe, just maybe, he thinks he is honoring ANS memory by doing what he thought she wanted him to do? Maybe time to move custody to grandma (only proven legal/blood tie)?

I agree he is a liar and a piece of crap and in my etes a murderer, I feel very sorry for the baby and someone needs to step in and end this madness.before something happens to DannieLynn.I think America should boycott the Bahamas,It seems like they dont care about the real fathers and the protect Kidnappers.and thats all Stern is A KIDNAPPER.
