Howard K. Stern Doesn't Lack Appeal

16. Howard has alot of class...too bad it's all low. There is some serious jockeying going on. I wanna see the lawyers get on TV again and bash the world for bashing Howard. Howard's dug Anna's grave and Daniel's grave. It's time he digs his own.

17. Why should I be surprised at this???!!!! Howie has shown me now, for sure... that he has not one decent bone in his body. I can only hope that the appeal is denied, once and for all.

Howard knows that practically the entire world does not believe for one second that he is that baby's father... What is his game by continuing on this charade? It's not love for that baby... I don't think a sociopath can actually truly love ANYone.

It's constant delays where Howard and his cast of stellar characters called his attorneys are concerned... and of course we know there is a method to that madness... but it's getting old... and it's just so obvious now... after all these weeks, not one of his attorneys can SAY yes, Howard is the BIOLOGICAL father of this child... they stop short of that every time. Recently, Ron Rale was asked some questions by one of the anchors and he claimed that Howard was willing to cooperate with whatever the court orders him to do... if a court orders the DNA he will cooperate... so is this appeal some sort of cooperation??

This man is one Class "A" loser... albeit one that will become very wealthy... well, wealthier than he is right now... Right now he only has the $3 million from Entertainment Tonight (ET) for a contract for all the rights and video of Anna's funeral, right down to video of her casket being lowered into the ground. He must be really pleased with, and proud of, himself... *sigh* When will lady justice be served?

19. This proves once and for all that HKS knows he's not the father, otherwise he'd be just as curious to find out the truth. If I were the judge I'd say okay, I'll grant the appeal but you lose custody until the matter is resolved. Bet he'd change his mind in a hurry.

23. it makes me physically ill how this weasel is able to keep everything in a turmoil. larry must be going through hell having his life kept in limbo; how can anyone have trust in a system that would allow this; this "appeal" (based on what pray tell) should be acted on with due speed. i don't hate too often, but howard and his team of slimey lawyers have succeeded in making me hate them and i really do hate them and the system that allows this kind of slime to manipulate it.. the best interest of dannielynn is to be with her biological father unless he were to be proven unfit and Coward as a parent or guardian is unfit either way. i pray that there is at least one judge on that island that has enough balls to bring a quick end to this fiasco.

25. Court can deny his appeal. Of course, then he'll try to appeal again at another court level. However, eventually he has to run out of "wiggle room". Maybe, just maybe, he thinks he is honoring ANS memory by doing what he thought she wanted him to do? Maybe time to move custody to grandma (only proven legal/blood tie)?

27. Is it possible that he has spent the last 6 months with this child and has become very attached? Whether it be right or wrong, he might be delaying this because he is looking at saying goodbye to this little girl and is doing all he can to keep her as long as possible. I am not saying it's right, I am just trying to give another opinion here. There seems to be so much negativity and if you watched the Anna Nicole show (yes I am ashamed, I did), you would see that HKS was NOT the one in control of that relationship.
