Usually he waits to appeal something to the last moment... Example: the inquest!
So, the delay seems to be connected to the delay with the inquest. Maybe that's the real reason for the delays, so that HKS could get out of the inquest and buy time and then time his appeal which will then add more time... didn't they say that in the Bahamas that the family court takes precedence over the coroner court? Hmmmmm...... they had this planned from the beginning---- there's always a bigger picture and HKS is USING (in every sense of the word!) this poor baby's very life to help benefit his own agenda--- He thinks the MEDIA is the cause for his "reputation" or lack there of? He just keeps bathing himself in his own crap... No one even has to bother throwing it at the idiot!

43. I would like to ask if there has been any mention of incest between Anna Nicole and her son Daniel. The fact he was in the bed with her at the hospital sounded strange to me, if that's true. It makes me wonder if he couldn't deal with the fact he may have fathered Dannielynn. And it appears she stayed so out of it she didn't know who she slept with. Howard K. Stern, in my opinion, is a first class pimp and gigilo who lived off of Anna Nicole and apparently his parents. I think he wanted rid of Daniel since Daniel had contacted the PI in Calif. And Daniel apparently had the most influence over Anna Nicole.....maybe more than Stern. I hope some resolution will come of the custody of Dannielynn before something happens to her. If Larry is not the father, than Virgie should have custody....anyone but Stern. The child protection services in the Bahamas should step in and remove her from Stern while all of this court battle goes on......with these continuous delays. She will be grown before the courts resolve the matter it seems......if she indeed doesn't fall under the same fate as her mother and brother.
